When are you going to cast a line ? It would drive me nuts to be that close to the water and not do some fishin.

Things should get pretty good soon. The Pompano are just starting to show up in the Indian river and on the beach.

I prefer to jig fish with "Doc's Goofy jig". It's a pretty good lure. Black drum and gator trout jump on it also. Not to mention yada yada Snook. And they taste almost as good as pompano. Still pretty good anyway.

I've tried Snook once , caught it in Estero Bay,it was pretty good

We get little farm raised Pompano at the local sushi bar. First they serve you the fillets then they lightly batter and deep fry the skeleton til it's nice and crispy. So good!

What happened? 16 and younger use to not require a license at all. Or is this because it's a lifetime license?
