I think fish emulsion provides minors in the same way blood meal does. The native americans (indians) used to put fish carcasses in the soil to improve the soil. Another very good fertilizer is seaweed. With a stronger nutrient base in the soil it also encourages healthy soil bacteria levels which also encourage stronger plants.

Fish Emulsion is a source of Nitrogen. It is good for vegetables and herbs grown for edible foliage. If you decide to use it, be sure to pick a product that has been chemically processed to remove any over-abundance of heavy metals.
"Bone Blood Meal" is ambiguous.
