I'm going to try Musa Veinte Cohol Banana this year - i'm in CT too and have overwintered bananas in pots and/or dug up and stored and had them produce bananas the next...

I never got a true basjoo from Florida hill - i've got all kinds of bananas that I have to over winter in the house that I don't know what they are. Time to thin the herd -I want a Basjoo too!

I take them into the shower and hose off both sides of leaves after a couple of times (week or two apart) they are gone for the winter.

Spraying with mild soapy water helps too!
