Fake Gros Michels...

Some of us know who this person or business is, they're from Florida, I think they are on a hill, and they operate a nursery, selling "gros michels" on ebay. But to my knowledge Agristarts, my supplier is the only place to get gros michel, in the quantity he's advertising: 1,490

and they haven't had any in over a year. and will hopefully have some more soo, in the next 8 weeks, so keep your eye on me.
But my point is, if you want gros michels, don't go to ebay as they are most likely not real.

I will have the real deal soon, hopefully.

Unless he has a connect for real gros michels somewhere, anyone know of anywhere else to get them beside AS?

Having bought from the hill recently I completely agree. I've got 3 trees that will be a complete suprise when they bloom and fruit. They were bought as blue java, sumatrana x an dwarf Cavendish. Time will tell.

People on on other fruit forums have similar complaints about plants from that source.

i have not even been able to get a real Musa Basjoo from them! Don't waste your time/money!

That sucks!!!! I received a Gros Michel from them. Well, I hope it is but from the sound of things it could be anything.
