Check out the Leu Gardens Annual Plant Sale (March 10 & 11), it just about 30 miles away. Going Bananas will be there and they usually bring around 10-20 varieties.

Maybe its just a bad angle for the photo but it looks more like a deformed leaf. To me it looks like a leaf margin that oscillates wider and smaller along a full length midrib, which is pretty odd...
