Great job, Tony. How many bunches of bananas do you suppose you might get this year? I hear Brian's (NANAMAN'S) mom makes a great banana bread, you might ask him to share some recipes. Or you might start shopping for a dehydrator to help preserve your bountiful crops.

Well I have banana issues. I just posted about my new bunch. I have two bunches on my Mysore plant and the newest one has reddish/brown fruit and doesn't look so good. The first bunch is finally fattening up and filling out but it took 8 months! The stem blew over during the winter and bent so I propped it and crossed my fingers. The fruit just recently started to plump with the warm weather but I don't know if after 9 months it will still be good. Why can't it be easy! Anyway, these are my two bunches I have right now but I'm not sure either one is looking good.

Hey, Jen, your older bunch looks fine and should come out well. Since you have warmer weather now they should mature just fine. Congrats!
