These black larvae are on my leaves any idea of what they are and how to get rid of them? See pics

Use a general garden spray, Ortho bug-B-gone or similar. Get the spray down into the top of the pstem. Also, pull back some of the dead sheaf tops on the pstem and check bug hiding places.

I sprayed a contact spray and that worked well..
