Default Clarity concerning how to measure pstem?

Hi. I've gotten a lot of great information from lurking and posting on these boards - thank you all for your expertise! I don't understand exactly how to measure the pseudostem height. The base until where, exactly? The bottom of the highest leaf? (I did look at the banana morphology post, but it wasn't clear to me). Sorry for this very rookie question. Thank you!

It's my understanding that you measure from ground to the bottom of the highest leaf petiole at the crown of the plant.

Just think of it this way- if you cut off all the leaves where they meet the trunk, that's what you are left with- the pseodustem (probably spelled wrong )
