I have not posted for a while; been swamped (haven’t we all). If you are looking for corms please contact Kat aka “Dreamofthetropics”. If you are ever in Tampa I will gladly share pups that I have available..but no longer have the time to ship.
The videos I previously posted were positively received so I thought I would share a new video. This is the “Nickel Tour of a “Section” of our Garden. I tried to focus on the bananas (as that is what many of us are most interested in). We also grow Avocados, Mangos, Carambola and many other tropical fruits. MVI_1085.MOV - YouTube |

Looking really great! I haven't had time to post either. With our new aquisition of over 600 gingers its been hectic trying to find room! Everything is coming along wonderfully here. We did already have one freeze (last friday) which I covered about half of the bananas. The ones I didn't cover got hit (I'll have to try and take some photos or do a video here shortly) I miss seeing you guys we were coming down like once a month and now it feels like its been forever! How is Sam doing? We really enjoyed watching the video (Jackie watched it with me) Thank you so much for posting it!

More like to $50 tour. It all looks great. Hope to get a chance to meet you on one of our trips to Clearewater. It looks like you have no need for a lawn mower. Thanks

Thanks for the video. Really enjoyed it. One day (when my place is a bit more presentable) I'd like to shoot some video. Thanks!

Enjoyed the tour. I am jealous because here in Kentucky I have to dig up and overwinter most things in my small greenhouse. I would be in heaven just wandering around in your garden all day.

Thanks, Chris, very impressive papaya and lot of nice things. Is your lychee pretty young or does it just not do well for you (since it's still small)? I've got one here and it's taken the past 3 winters pretty well.

Wow, amazing garden!! Everything is edible and it looks so tropical! Those Papayas are very impressive. If I had a climate like yours, I would envision my yard having lots of tropical edibles (Like the sugar apples, tamarind, and of couse bananas!). It must be great living so close to the tropics (and having a yard that is the tropics!)
Thanks for sharing!

Hello Chris,
Your property looks great. Just the way I like it. Jungle! Thanks so much for sharing! I havent posted in a while either as our move to Hawaii is now seven months away and we have so much to do with getting our Santa Barbara house ready to rent. We just got the shipping quote today. It will be here before I know it. I am planning on taking 200 varieties of bromeliads to Hawaii. I know, I am F-ing crazy. They are rare and I don't want to have to start over. I will come back for some banana plants I can't buy there as well. They are all going legally with a permit. I hope to post a video before I leave. Thank you again! Andrew
