Salt encrusted prime rib roast, celery root puree, scallion cheese puff and green beans. Homemade Apple Pie and french vanilla ice cream for desert. Good food, good friends and good wine, very good time! :)

Homemade Pizza on BBQ grill and KA Pizza Stone:

Three cheese: Buffalo Mozzarella, Provolone, and Pecorino Romano, De Parma Prosciutto, Genoa Salami with fresh Basil, Ghost Chili Pepper Flakes, and garlic-infused Anchovy Oil.

Looks awesome Big Tony!

This cheesy dessert was just too much, I had to get a quick photo on my phone.

There were some absolutely delicious desserts though, probably 20 of them.

Looks yummy! Someone put a lot of time into creating this! Love to see creation like this.

Pea Soup with homemade Hickory smoked Honey ham, homemade hickory smoked bacon infused creme fraiche and Chicken-Thyme-Red chili flaked dumplings... 4hrs for soup and 16 Hrs for ham and bacon but worth it in taste. :08:




Great for the winter....
