Some Hawaiian Apple fruits that were stunted from the weather last year. They just sat there and never fully developed. They were also malnourished as I planned to remove the whole stand but never did. They taste great anyway!

I just cut up some small scallions from my garden and threw it in my soup. But, I went a little heavy on the red pepper so I wasn't fully able to enjoy the scallions. Oh well.

I stopped eating raw oysters, just not worth the risk. I love me some fried oysters though! Served with lemon and some really spicy cocktail sauce...yum!

Home brew of water kefir.

I am posting this link because bananas.org will not let me upload a picture. It tried to upload some pictures from a week ago and then would let me do anything. Strange.

But that is what I am eating, or drinking that is.

No problem.Similar to Kombucha if you have had that. Which you can find at many health food stores. G.T.'s Synergy is the best brand in my opinion. It is hard to find real water kefir, that coconut water stuff isn't real.
