Those are just called Pork Chops :ha: Ante. Otherwise a small whole pig would be a suckling pig.... Hope that clears it up.

Its a custom to bake a whole suckling pigs but it was to much for us at the moment. This way we have few more than decent meals:ha:

Well that was awesome again, I'm totally hooked on this reverse searing method of cooking steaks, and it was good practice for the guests we have coming next week! :)
