Hello Members,
I may introduce myself to all of members as a technician who was successful in manufacturing Spray Dried Banana, Mango & Papaya powders at Jalgaon, Maharashtra State, India during the period 1973 to 1977. It was pure powder without any additives. Recently I came to know that only one Swiss firm manufactures Banana powder with the addition of substantial quantity of maltodextrin. I am interested to meet persons who are genuinely interested in manufacturing Spray Dried Fruit Powders. Pratap Nalawade [email protected] Last edited by pratapnalawade : 09-12-2010 at 04:18 AM.
