Newbie To Bananas
 Hi all i was just Google-ing info in bananas and found this site. So.... I decided to join and have this so if i have any problems I will come here and post my questions and things i am stumped with. First Question is i want a Banana just like the ones at the Grocery Stores...Or something similar of the edible not ornamental  ok well Hi everyone and hope to learn a lot about bananas |

I can totally relate to that! There are so many kinds though! The reason we collect these rare bananas is because their flavor is usually better than those from the store. Why don't they have these kinds in the store you may ask - the answer is because the skins are usually thinner and they dont ship or store well or look as "pretty" as the ones in the store. Not to mention the yield is sometimes a lot less. Best regards and warm wishes!
