I can totally relate to that!
There are so many kinds though! The reason we collect these rare bananas is because their flavor is usually better than those from the store. Why don't they have these kinds in the store you may ask - the answer is because the skins are usually thinner and they dont ship or store well or look as "pretty" as the ones in the store. Not to mention the yield is sometimes a lot less.
