A word of caution: check the date of the soil survey being used in your area. For example, when I used it to check on my soils in Rancho Penasquitos the survey was telling me that the soil pH was 5.8...

Most likely candidate is Rajapuri. That's one of the few non-Cavendish types that will fruit that short, and those bottle-nosed fruits don't like like a Cavendish variety. They are also not Dwarf...

Cool Some Short Naners From PSL Nursery

2 of the 3 PSL Naners planted on Aug 12 bloomed yesterday, Feb 11.

The pseudostems were 4' 7" & 4' 8" and all 3 were planted in a similarly sized small pots.

Yes, I know that. I am just pointing out that while Williams is more cold tolerant than Grande Nain, it is less tolerant than some of the other varieties I mentioned. The hawaiian varieties I grow...

Did you send the complaint to the vendor, or to the USPS?

I highly doubt the box was shipped in that condition. Most likely the damage occurred in transit.
