I live in a duplex style house with my Landlord next door. We both have backyard and front yard.

I am in Central Texas and I have had good luck with a little Sandy loam and clay soil combination plus I add homemade mulch- - just have to keep an ion it because that clay can be tricky when it gets hot and clump up really bad

Some Lowe’s banana’s (Dwarf Cavendish)...it’s amazing how they go from $16 to $42 because they put them in a cheap yellow planter that probably cost the company $2.
