![]() I am so excited to have my first flower on a Dwarf Brazilian, but I have a couple of questions. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to go from flower to edible fruit? Also, the plant is next to a shed and it looks like the bananas will end up on the shed roof. Should I be concerned and any suggestions?[IMG]

![]() For me they are always 6 months. Unless it is a massive bunch it looks like it will touch the roof but should fit or just cause the plant to lean some to accommodate the growing bunch. Congrats!

![]() For me, it's been 8-9 months, but that was with bunches that hung over winter, so it might be faster for you since yours will ripen over the warm part of the year.
