Each zone has its possibilities. For example, Dogwood is one of a multitude of plants that you can successfully grow, but at my place will just hate it. The North American Fruit Explorers will introduce you to more fruits than will fit in your yard!

This is my work in progress. The greenhouse should help me to grow pineapples. I am also going to build a greenhouse on top of Mason's old treehouse.There are some good plans on Bananavilla's website. If you ever thought of building your own these are the best plans I have seen.

Just finished adding 12 yds of horse manure and bedding for mulch, and the yard looked so good I thought I'd update this thread. I'm pretty much done changing the beds around now,so the layout should stay the same for a while,(till I decide to grow something else ). I have removed the plants that I didn't like, and am trying a few new varieties. From right to left: FHIA 18, Pisang Awak, SH 3640, Belle, Golden Pillow, Nino, Siam Ruby,(background:Ae Ae), Senorita, Ney Poovan, D. Namwah,(background.Namwah variegated), Datil La Lima, (in back corner: Manzano).
