Salt encrusted prime rib roast, celery root puree, scallion cheese puff and green beans. Homemade Apple Pie and french vanilla ice cream for desert. Good food, good friends and good wine, very good time!

Looks awesome Big Tony!

This cheesy dessert was just too much, I had to get a quick photo on my phone.

There were some absolutely delicious desserts though, probably 20 of them.

Candy Land!

I don't know but that's a nice piece of cookware!

Let's see,

Malibu, Montery, Santa Rosa, Santa Barbara something or other?

Do tell!

Pea Soup with homemade Hickory smoked Honey ham, homemade hickory smoked bacon infused creme fraiche and Chicken-Thyme-Red chili flaked dumplings... 4hrs for soup and 16 Hrs for ham and bacon but worth it in taste.

Great for the winter....
