Got the pig. Put it on at 8am will cook at around 250f for 14 hours or so.:08:

We shall see.One thing about this cooker is it keeps in moisture and I am doing an indirect cook. This is the first one I've cooked so I will learn from it

Yes but they have them for the food. I think the one in the link is for running a fan not sure.Anyhow looks like you can get most anything including one that will call you and tell you the food is ready

Removed the butt after 9 hours also smoked some serrano peppers.
