Well it would've been clearer if I wiped the lense.. It is pretty funky looking. I figured it was just another form of Jap beetle? I'm not sure. :^)

Beautiful shot Mitchel as always!!! What color was it Migael? It looks hot pink - a really pretty looking beetle. Great dragonfly shot Chris - yours look like it has tiger stripes on the body! Here is my newest critter picture! It is a red wasp making a nest underneath a banana leaf.

Dragonflies are so cool Cory! And a little hummingbird resting - that's a one in a million shot isn't it?!? Did that Katydid chew that leaf up like that?

This Humming bird perches here guarding the feeder.The only time he moves is to feed or chase other humming birds.

Jananas! That's the most awesome and beautiful dragonfly I've ever seen!
This is a huge spider I found in the canna garden this morning. I have no idea what type of spider it is.

Great shot of a good spider. I like watching them when a grasshopper jumps in their web. They are FAST!!! She'll run to it and spin that hopper covering it with her web, then biting it to save for later.
