Hi,
I am a small scale mushroom farmer. I started with spawn production for sale to other farmers and am now trying to expand to produce mushrooms as well. I have a small lab with a Vertical clean room hood and a 23q canner for sterilization. I want to expand into small scale commercial plant tissue culture and this is the reason I have joined this forum, i.e to learn from you. I reside in a country (Uganda) and region where bananas are a main staple, but I propose to start my PTC work using ornamental plants and bamboo before graduating to bananas and other plants for food. Cheers Sam ![]() |

Thanks to both of you.
I am interested in orchids, today I went to a real neat nursery/botanical garden to find out about local orchid species and I found,...............4 huge apartment blocks. Well it was 10 years since I last visited but what a bummer :0( I have lots of mushroom species; Oysters, Agaricus, Lentinus, Ganoderma, Calocybe. Sorry I still don't have capacity to upload photos yet. |
