Default new to bananas

Im very new to growing bananas. So far all I have are some dwarf musa acuminate that I grew from seed.
I wanna try crossing different species of bananas to hopefully end up with a seedless variety that can produce fruit in the PNW. Not sure how realistic that is or which varieties/species would be best, but that's why I'm here: to find that stuff out
Im in seattle zone 8b
