Default Introduction - Dave Browning

Hello everyone! For the past 10 years I have managed a 10' x 20' "banana patch" in my front yard, and have kept it because it provides a nice shield from the road. Only recently have I actually taken an interest in them, started to ripen and eat them, and be just interested.

My wife hates them because the drippings from the leaves have etched or stained her car's windshield and there seems to be nothing I to remove the stains - it seems the glass is permanently damaged. So I thought maybe someone out there in the world had a similar problem, and had devised a solution for removal.

Otherwise I am just looking for knowledge and perspective from other people who enjoy growing this herb.

Dave
