Our daytime temps during the summer sound about like yours but like you mentioned, our nighttime temps (and humidity) are a good bit higher.

It's pretty easy, just be careful. You may find yourself with hundreds of hybrid seeds like I did and start plowing up the lawn in the front yard to have a place to grow them.
