Take the pups, plant in container, bring inside, place in front of sunny window, and have no problem growing them in California. Good Luck!!

Yes, it is white/lavander agapanthus.
I have two that have bloomed about a month ago. They are very beautiful and Humming birds love them. Yours are very pretty :)

I was also going to say that your photo does not look like Basjoo. I have a Canvendish growing right now that looks exactly like your photo. Whatever it is it look healthy. Good luck!
