thanks. it is a dwarf red. they seem to be growing well in the small pot. i will see if they will flower using this autopot system

the humidity indoors is probably too low. i have this constant problem with my indoor bananas. i put in 2 humidifiers and it make a huge difference, but they still get a little burn around the leaf...

well, i cant really answer your question directly, but i do have 20 gallon smart pots that i will be putting my indoor dwarf bananas in very soon.
the smart pots dont appear to be very "heavy duty"...

i am growing my bananas indoors as well. in my experience, they seem to be able to grow quite well without changing to a larger pot very often. i usually change the pot size if i see roots...

General Hydroponics makes good stuff, also try House and Gardens hydroponic...

i give them a liquid fertilizer every other day that i pH and ppm. I have all this equipment because of a failed...

i agree with giving the plant more light. at first more light me seem to work against the plant (droopy leaves, burnt leaves), but in the long run it will improve the health of the plant quicker than...
