Warm, warm, warm. My plants are finally starting to wake up. Even the old Mysore p-stem that might not make it is starting to push out a leaf.

At 8:32pm it's still 66F and today we got up to 83F, are warmest day of the year by far so far. Hard to imagine that we had 3 consecutive days with frost 12-14 days ago. Nice weather is expected to continue.

While it's baking in Bakersfield and frying in Fresno it's raining in south Florida. We should see 4 days of it. Somewhere in Broward county I heard they were scooping up handfuls of hail off the lawns. Amazing!

It's about time!!!

I had over 5 inches of rain since Thursday. My gauge overflowed. It couldnt have happened at a better time. My new planting was actually getting dry. The rain should dampen down the aphid pressure on my okra.

Today was a warm day for June, even though we're still in April! It reached 93F at my place today at here at 11:50pm it's 67F, which we usually dip below except for the warmest of summer nights. Weird as we had been cooler than normal until a week or so ago.

Here in South GA the forecast is 38F tomorrow night. I was just getting ready to put in my tomato plants. I have two new banana plants but I have trash cans I am going to put over those.

Weather has been so bizarre.

80F at 10am.....pretty warm for this time of year. In a few days our highs will be down into the 60s.

Great pic Ante! Thats really beautiful.
Right now its pouring and windy. A good number of my plants are blown over. We did need the rain pretty badly, but the cold weather is not something we really needed. Right now its only 50F and we got over 2 inches of rain (and the worst of the storm wont be for a few more hours). Should end up with about 4 inches by tomorrow.
