heavy rain and thunderstorms moving across and into San Diego County
and the Temecula Valley. Heavy rainfall of 0.50 to 0.75 inches will
occur in 1 to 2 hours duration causing street flooding. Normally dry
washes and creeks will also have rapidly rising water flow.

Yeah no kidding! I've had 3/4 inch since 2pm and winds sustained at 15mph for 10-15 minute intervals.

Accumulated rainfall for this season is now over double the annual average.
