Buttercups? Not the same species but in zone 9 we used to have one of the same genus.

By the way, I forgot two this morning, a Glenn mango and a Heidi mango. See pictures.

Best wishes,

Yes spring is not far behind. The wildflowers are beginning to bloom, and my miracle fruit in the last week has been blooming non stop. I have harvested many fruits and it is still setting fruit with green and ripening fruit on the plant. This is a first.

Today my Jabotacaba is beginning to bloom again, see posted pictures. Zamia, Gandules and Green Sapote are also blooming. Spring is almost here!

I know the Zamia is a primative plant and does not flower, but it is putting forth!

Blooming today is an aloe striata. Ready to bloom is a gasteria "Litte Warty" and just sending up a new flower stalk is a 3' aloe vera. When I get a digital camera I'll start taking pictures!

Actually outside my garden...got a couple of blooming idiots from the city hall fogging the neighbourhood for mosquitos for weeks now. All they have been doing is chasing the bugs into the houses and biting the folks causing more harm than good.
