Yes, Moonboy - it is a succulent, called "Burrito". It is the baby version of "Burro's Tail". Someone mailed some cuttings to me from the States and this is what they are growing into.
Here's another shot I took of it this morning... ![]() Also, here is my 1st Chrysanthemum bloom opening up real nice today... ![]() Thanks, JustJoan! Also Moonboy, I have over 30 gardening books that I've been studying for over 6 years, in my own personal time. I eat, sleep, and drink plants, if this is any indication of my obsession. Thanks for your comments. : ) |

Thanks Penny!
Of course you know that some Beautyberry cuttings will be yours in Spring. Do you know I ordered this shrub (actually I have two) from Prince Edward Island as a gift for my mom's garden? When she moved here, I brought the shrubs with me, and planted them in the ground here. These babies have travelled. The other shrub is a bit smaller, but it was heavily pruned so it should fill out next year. The berries last into Winter but the leaves fall off. It really is a pretty shrub. The cuttings root easily. : ) |

Wow you have such cool plants. Henry is a sweet heart. I do have 2 parakeets but they do not talk. I wish they were.
Where did you get the Herrenhauser Garten brugmansia cuttings ? I want one. The peppers are cool too. I like the purple one. |

Got them from a friend in Cleveland, Ohio. I am pretty excited to see how they all turn out.
Thank you, Yes, I heard that parakeets kept together will not talk as much or at all. Henry has only me, and so he talks to impress me (his flock). His vocabulary is extensive, and he will even attempt to say something new within a few hours of hearing it, if it is repeated regularily. He is quite amazing. : ) |

Thanks, Penny. Yeah, I've been eating them in salads and they are just delicious! So sweet and flavorful.
Here's a pic I took this morning, of our back sun porch/foyer, with all my plants. That's my seed grown "Caerulea" passiflora vine, on the far right... ![]() The Martha Washington Pelargnium, on the far left, just went into bloom for me. It's called "Berry Swirl". Here's a close-up of one of the flowers... ![]() : ) |

Although these are not a perennial in our climate, they will bloom indoors as a potted plant, twice a year. My commercial white Chrysanthemums...

Your flowers seem to be thriving indoors. My plants hate being inside because thats when all the bugs come and suck the life out of them. So far scale has been a common one and even my coconut is infested
Cocos are my favorate palms and arent that easy to find north of florida.Good luck and thanks for sharing those pics!

Thanks!
I keep them all over really, Figafita... in my apartment, in the laundry room, in the sunporch, in the gardens, under the lamps, etc. Space for plants here, is never a problem. Anyway, although a crappy shot, here is my dwarf Negronne fig cutting, now rooted in a glas of water... ![]() : ) |

Sherry, you do have a green thumb. You rooted Angel Trumpets in water and now fig cuttings. Wow! I tried to root both of them and I was not as successful as you. Good job!

Thank you.
Also, something weird I noticed today... My succulent plant, sent to me as a cutting from someone in Oklahoma, from another forum, is now air rooting! The 2nd shot shows the roots that are forming... ![]() ![]() : ) |
