New leaf coming out weird. Not unraveling correctly

Why is my new leaf coming out oddly? Not seen this before, it’s not unravelling correctly.
Photos below. What is it? Nutrient deficiency?

It will sort itself out, probably just fine. Is it possible that you may have fertilized recently and the new leaf behind the one in question is growing faster than the one in question can straighten?

U are correct, I fertilised last week with organic miracle grow 8-5-5. So maybe that’s true

I push my plants hard with fertilizer and get all kinds of crazy leaves.. ones the squiggle.. some hook like question marks, and often the following leaf emerging before the current one has unraveled. It will work itself out.

It came out fine. Just seen it now. It’s annoying cause I’m always having issues in my polytunnel abs I don’t understand them. Like I’m new so something that’s odd. Eg black spots or whatever makes me panic. I always forget how tough bananas are. When u pay a lot of money and invest years into it u kinda panic about relatively small things but hey Ho. I post becuase I’m sure someone else may have some issue in the future that I’m having currently.

One of my bananas (Raja Puri) gets funny shaped leaves if it gets too much plant food all at once. Instead of giving it all of its monthly plant food once a month, I give it 1/2 of the monthly amount every 2 weeks. That seems to have fixed the problem.

What fertiliser do you use? I use 8-5-5 organic miracle agrow slow release. I usually do 3 handfuls per banana plant as it’s organic and lower NPK it can handle it. I also throw down chicken pellets which is like 2-2-2 or something. I throw some handfuls down every 2 weeks for all my non variegated plants. Interested to hear what you do.
