Default Ensete Maurelii - Black areas on old, new leaves and stem

https://imgur.com/gallery/zw1raVP

The new plant (about 8") seems otherwise healthy and has put out two new leaves since I got it about a month ago. However, this is the first time the new leaf has black on it (as shown in the photos). The others developed later.

Cause for concern?

I would put it in a larger pot that drains will and let it dry out between watering.

About the same really. New leaf came in with a weird black area and didn't quite fully unfurl. The plant isn't getting worse though and it looks like another new leaf may be coming.
