Banana Mould on stem

My Bananas are getting mould on the stem, please help me out.

the green bananas were just harvested 2-3days ago.

What can i do to reduce the mould or the blackness around the stem.

Nice bananas but I need pictures of the plant. I would need your location too. If the stem finished producing fruit, you can always cut it as it produces only once. Make sure to leave the pups where they are and do not damage the corm. Just cut the stem a few inches from the ground. If it's moulding, I would.
You can start to peel the rotting layers first to see if it's rotting inside as well.
What variety is this? Many varieties do not ripe on the plant and you need to remove them when they are filled so they can turn yellow. When did the plant flower?

By stem I think he means the part of the hand that joins the fingers together. Notice in the ripe picture how black the joint is, in the green photo the joint is starting to form a black crescent.

I think the trick to avoid this is to eat them now that they are ripe. Maybe snip the fingers off the hands to ripen as loose fruit?

Thank you, That is what a I meant. Do you know the specific name for it?

I have a small farm of 1Ha that are currently growing these Bananas. All bananas produce the same result with the black mould on top.

is there any trick to stop it from moulding on the stem?

Your banana variety is what we know as 'Namwah' or 'Pisang Awak'. The issue you have is called "crown rot", there are various reasons it happens and a few things you can to help. You can read about them in this helpful guide: http://www.ctahr.hawaii.edu/oc/freepubs/pdf/pd-54.pdf
