I think the trick to avoid this is to eat them now that they are ripe. Maybe snip the fingers off the hands to ripen as loose fruit?

I have a small farm of 1Ha that are currently growing these Bananas. All bananas produce the same result with the black mould on top.
is there any trick to stop it from moulding on the stem?
