Plants are growing awesome! The have intense variegation.

Mine seem to be taking to Oklahoma just fine. I do have a question though. When you dug the big Momma plants up did you replant the corm? Would it not still produce more pups since you took off the ones you did?

No...corms were not replanted.Although,they still produced a few more pups during its stay in the compost pile.

This is the last pic of the Ae Ae Project taken yesterday.It was a fun project and I learned many new things along the way.Thanks to all the members that contributed,especially Nanaman I hope those of you that are currently growing Ae Ae,to keep this variety in a special place.Its is a truly Majestic species that takes my breath every time I look at one.Again,thanks to all that shared and contributed.Last edited by Greenie : 08-08-2011 at 09:43 PM. |

So are you ending the project? Are you still growing some for you own enjoyment? I can't imagine you not growing them....as you know, I've been working hard to try to have a sliver of success here.
