The links I sent to Ante its around 270.00 the color you looking for is called Cherry. Nice looking color too.

If you find it on ebay or craigslist just make sure its not an imperfection type sale, which means the cooking surface is affected even if they say its not. It's not worth the risk for you or the people you cook for to save a few dollars, its unsafe.

Deals are out there but not likely cheaper then the links I sent to Ante which are manufacturer discount sites, more reliable and I have had personal experience with each one. Look at buying boxed sets which can be cheaper, but New in the box from a reputable business or person is the best and safest deal.

Its a custom to bake a whole suckling pigs but it was to much for us at the moment. This way we have few more than decent meals:ha:

We are having friends over for Pomegranate Osso Bucco served on garlicky parmesan mashed potatoes. One of the appetizers is tarragon lemon marinated and grilled artichokes with a tarragon garlic aioli dipping sauce. I'll take pics if I remember.
