It's funny,not really. I spent a lot of time researching the ceramic grills.So I finally make up my mind and order one.I just found out that there is a store that carries the BGE that is only 1/2 mile from my house.Wish I would of found this out 2 days ago.

The science/hobby of mixing herbs and spices for certain dishes is pretty interesting. I may have to try some and see.
