I took these cuttings in late fall (Nov)off the dormant plant. Can I still plant them? They have dried out a bit meaning wrinkles.

Youtube has some good vids if needed..
Stems still look ok. Many of the ones I see at plant sales are lightly wax coated to minimize water loss, your plant looks similar. I hope they grow for you. |
