Plumeria cuttings

I took these cuttings in late fall (Nov)off the dormant plant. Can I still plant them? They have dried out a bit meaning wrinkles.

Youtube has some good vids if needed..

Stems still look ok.

Many of the ones I see at plant sales are lightly wax coated to minimize water loss, your plant looks similar.

I hope they grow for you.

Dip the nodes in a grow hormone and lay the stem on its side.
