WOW... looks like that leaf will be replaced by another..
Looks normal to me for a small banana plant...just wait till next leaf. If it just like that one there might be something up.....but if you are feeding it a balanced fert then all should be good, could be environmental. Whenever a lower leaf (the oldest leaf) shows signs of distress (for me) does not mean something is wrong ..... When new leaves show the same characteristics , then a cause for concern is warranted.
