I don't mean to be a troublemaker, but I'm confused. The rules stated, "The person who guesses the closest without going over wins." Since Cedardave guessed 157 & the winning number is 159, isn't he the winner? I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, I'm just confused & wondering what I missed or misunderstood.
