I'm baaaaaaack!.......LOL!..... Woohooo!.....Finally!......I acquired the True To Type/Real Musa Niño!.....Trust me, this time is the Real Musa Niño!......Niño keeps growing in a fast rate now!..... Pictures from 05/24/2019.....    Also, the "supposedly" prior Dwarf Niño turned out to be the awesome fast grower Nana Variety originally from India, Musa Monthan!....Definitely a win win situation!.....You can appreciate the bottleneck end fruits!.....Monthan bunch keeps fill-in nicely!.... Picture from 05/24/2019....  Gran Nain is flowering for the first time!....Approx. 8 ft. tall right now at flowering!.....Very nice size flower!... Pictures from 05/27/2019....    Woohooo!.....Also, the very tiny  FHIA-3 Sweetheart is flowering now!....FHIA-3 Sweetheart has 44 inches of diameter (circumference) at the base and approx. 11 ft. tall right now at flowering!....Look at the size of the flower!....Amazing!....Pictures from 05/27/2019....    *****Updates will keep coming!*****

Per my untrained eyes your nino looks very similiar to my patupi. Are they related? Both go to AA or something? Didn't find much info. on nino in the wiki or online during a quick lookup.

Both Musa Niño Varieties are original from Malaysia and Musa Patupi is original from PNG (Papa New Guinea)....They might look similar, but they are different Musa cultivars....As you stated, Both Niño Varieties and Patupi belongs to the AA Genome Subgroup!....They are fast growers!....But very cold sensitive!..... Hector I am just amazed at how big and beautiful your bananas are, WOW your Sweetheart, when mine grows up I want her to to be just like yours! Tell me your secret, seriously Hector do you talk to them every night or give them a snack before bedtime, hehe . Mine is so small, she is healthy just doesn't grow very fast.
