Can we get a picture of the whole plant with the bloom? I just want to get an idea of how it hangs off the plant and generally the entire situation. Thanks in advance.

HERE IS A PICTURE OF THE WHOLE PLANT THIS YEAR . NO BIG LEAVES LIKE LAST YEAR AFTER IT'S HARD WINTER, IT SEEMS THE PLANT'S WHOLE EFFORT IS TO PRODUCE THE FLOWER, AND THEN IT IS GONE BUT IF I AM LUCKY MAYBE I WILL GET SOME SEEDS. IT WAS AN AWESOME PLANT MAYBE IT WILL GIVE ME A FEW MORE.

That's a really huge one for the pot, good job. Do you remember where you bought the seeds? The seeds I've grown from bananatree.com have had red p-stems, and I wouldn't mind growing some with green p-stems like yours. Thanks.

The Seeds For The Green Rib Are From Thompson And Morgan I Have Also Grown Banana Tree Ones They Are All Red Ribbed, It Seems That The Green Ribbed Ones, Grow Taller And The Leaf Is Slightly Different In Shape. They Seem Harder To Germinate Than The Ones From Banana Tree For Some Reason And The Seeds Are About Twice The Size. If You Have A Hard Time Finding Some I Have Some Seeds From T&m And Hopefully I Will Have Some From My Plant Which I Could Send You Later If You Would Like.
