Hi,

I need to transplant my banana plants before bringing them indoors Can anyone recommend the best potting mix to use?

Hi, not sure if it’s the best, but it’s what I use.

Miracle-Gro Nature's Care 32 Qt. Organic Potting Mix

It’s rich not too much perlite, my potted naners like it.

Any fast draining potting mix with little retention of water should do. ... I use a course pine bark mix made locally for nurseries. .... Or make your own mix using commercial potting soil and mix 50%/50% with perlite.

Miracle grow is a good product also.

Youtube also offers some awesome recipes for a grow your own mix....
