I don't have any fruiters; all mine are basjoos. There's a guy in MV off of Langtree that has a yard full of nanners. Last year, one of them started to finger before the frost finally killed it back.
I'm into bananas for ornamental purposes only; can't stand the fruit, LOL. I'm all around the lake, and the new landscaping themes are subtropical and nautical, so I brought it to CLT. Last year, I was able to get a bunch of yucca aloifolia from the big patch growing between 77 and the lake, to mix in with my bananas, palms and other yuccas.
