welcome to forum the Michelle, Try giving your Ruby partial sun if available, Sun part of the day then shade, or vice versa, is the pot you replanted in well draining,. what zone are you in? weather this time of year varies across the zones very drastically. Repotting can cause i bit of trama for roots, give it a chance and see.
