At times the burgundy spots could be light or non existent when young.
Some say growing conditions have an effect on the mottling.
As they mature the color might disappear altogether.
The plant has the shape of a Truly Tiny though.
The plant also could be a dwarf variety of cavendish which is not all bad either. Either plant is an awesome patio plant because of the petite size but they will get quite large under the right conditions.
Here are a few of my Tiny's and as you can see some are mottled but most aren't.
