Thanks for your response, I was about to give my input

I'm growing Thai Black albeit from Tissue Culture so I'm still not 100% sure if it's the real deal. But mine has no spotting on the leaves.
subsonicdrone just mentioned that the leaves curl on the sides and that's exactly what mine is doing. I thought I had gave it a bit too much fertilizer. Also the leaves are very dark. But I also haven't exposed it to direct sunlight yet.
